Hi everyone,
My Mom is recovering well from surgery, it is hard to believe it has only been a week. She is moving around well and she looks great!
She had a PET/CT scan prior to surgery last week, and the test revealed that there is cancer in her abdomen. She will have another biopsy to determine if the cancer is breast cancer, or if she has another kind of cancer.
Depending on what they find will determine the course of treatment.
Our family cannot begin to Thank-you for all of your thoughts, prayers, support, flowers, and cards. It helps keep us strong and full of hope.
If you would like to send pictures to post, please send them to Jeff, his e-mail is jatoborg@yahoo.com. You can post messages to her, and we will keep it updated as well to let everyone know how she is doing and what's next.

I agree wholeheartedly! However, she already has RICH...which makes her one of the RICHest women on earth...she is truly blessed to have RICH on her team...our thoughts and support go out to RICH as well...we know they are on this journey together...and, together they can and will move mountains...they are an unstoppable duo...so, all of the RICHes on earth to Wanda Rae and RICH...
The ten West Virginia definitions of RAE
REA- noun…. (Sounds like ray) comes from the root word rae (west Virginia) (they only have root words)
1. Gleaming - like the sun shinning through the clouds after a spring shower.
2. Shinning - (no not moon shinning) (well maybe)
3. Brilliant – not something you find in West Virginia!
4. Spark – something they do before marriage.
5. Beam – Jim (need I say more?)
6. Flicker – the name of a movie about a horse.
7. Radiant- Rae did it ( in West Virginia speak)
8. Glimmer- beautiful person with all their teeth. Uses in a sentence: Zsa Zsa Gabor is a glimmer us person.
8. Shaft of Light- I think that is a tool for snipe huntin.
9. Sunbeam – I think that is some kinda mixer or sumpthing.
10. Big Smile- not something too BRIGHT in West Virginia

Wow, did Mike and Janine capture the essence of West Virginia RAE! Sure made me laugh...You truly are my RAE of shining light and strength...let your light shine within yourself right now and fill you with all the hope, love and determination that you need as you face your surgery tomorrow...know we will be with you in thought and spirit...and will be awaiting notice from Missi and Jeff that all is well and you are moving on to the next stage of this battle...Love, Your Sister and Friend, Donna (& Bill too)
